Happiness



Happiness is a mental state of satisfaction and joy, that is, something internal and an attitude towards life. Happiness is relative according to what you are feeling at that moment.

 5 steps to be happy:


  • You should try to use your strengths, make a list of the things you would like to do and feel good.

  • You need to think positive, because the happiest people are the ones who see the positive side of things first.



  • Remember not to let the expectations of others take away your dreams and your goals. Live the life you want to live. Make the decisions that are better for you.
  • You must offer to help others, since helping frees our worries and favors the expression of gratitude.



  • Try to feel grateful for your achievements, your family, your friends, your health, your freedom to make decisions and change your lives.
